What is the return policy in gfofireequipments.com?
When you order at gfofireequipments.com, it provides 100% genuine products and takes utmost care of the customer’s requirements for the same and releases the exact product in excellent condition. However, at the time of receiving the product, if it is found defective or not in the same condition as per its specifications provided or not delivered the same as per your order placed, then you have the right to return the item at your doorstep when a delivery person delivers the item.

gfofireequipments.com makes sure that the accurate product delivered in the exact location. In case you have found the received product is not the same you ordered, then you can ask for a refund or replacement of the same.
Our Cancellation Policy provides you the opportunity to get refund value for the product in a maximum of 5 working days. All these replacements and refunds will be agreed to give the customers only after the product reaches back to Fire and Personal Safety Enterprises warehouse. Even, we will refund the complete amount of the order in case the ordered item not delivered to your location.

It’s important that cancellation not acceptable if the order has already dispatched from Fire and Personal Safety Enterprises. Once you request for cancellation of the particular product, GFO will ask to wait for the same to be received by Personal Safety Enterprises, and if the selected item along with the packaging gets complete, then it will initiate a refund amount. As soon as a refund initiates, you will be notified with an email and a message saying that your amount is refunded.
What are the guidelines for Return Policy?
There are certain guidelines that Personal Safety Enterprises conforms when it comes to returning policy of any product:
· Items must be unused or uninstalled when returned and with original packing, tags, invoices, and bills.
· You may place a request either for replacement or refund from gfofireequipments.com if the wrong product delivered to you.
· Replacement for the exact product notified by you are only available with us; exchange facility not feasible with other items.
· Returns are not acceptable if anything, missing from the package, or the product is nonexistent in the exact condition when delivered.
· In case of only fire extinguishers, if the pressure gauge falls, what has set at the time of delivery, then it cannot be acceptable by us.
We accept returns for products that are in new condition within 1 day of receipt. Returns can be made in-store or by mail; for mail returns, you must download and print the return label. Customers are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee for returns. This policy applies to transactions in INR (Indian Rupees). Orders can be canceled before they are shipped, but once shipped, they must be returned as per the above policy.
