HR Executive

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

  • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.).

  • Experience with HRMS/HR software and MS Office.

Embedded Systems Engineer – (IoT & Cloud Integration)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain firmware for embedded systems (ESP32/STM32/ARM or
similar MCUs).

  • Design and implement user interfaces for touchscreen displays (LVGL, TFT,
    ST7789, or similar libraries/frameworks).
  • Work on data acquisition from multiple sensors (GPS, temperature/humidity, 4G
    module, microphones, etc.) and ensure real-time data processing.
  • Implement secure communication protocols (HTTPs, MQTT, WebSockets) for
    device-to-cloud data transfer.
  • Integrate devices with AWS IoT Core / AWS Lambda / AWS S3 / DynamoDB for
    data ingestion and storage.
  • Ensure data formatting and structuring for multiple devices to be easily consumed
    by backend systems.
  • Collaborate with cloud/backend teams to ensure seamless integration of embedded
    devices with AWS infrastructure.
  • Debug, optimize, and test embedded systems for low power consumption and
    reliability.
  • Maintain documentation, version control (Git), and testing frameworks for
    embedded projects.

Strong hands-on experience in Embedded C/C++ and/or Python for
microcontrollers.
 Good understanding of RTOS (FreeRTOS preferred) and embedded peripherals
(UART, SPI, I2C, I2S, ADC, etc.).
 Experience with touchscreen GUI frameworks (LVGL, TFT_eSPI, or similar).
 Knowledge of AWS IoT Core, AWS S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, and related cloud
services.
 Familiarity with IoT data protocols – MQTT, HTTPS, CoAP.
 Experience in handling GPS modules, environmental sensors, and I2S
microphones.
 Knowledge of secure data handling and OTA firmware updates.
 Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
 Experience with ESP-IDF, PlatformIO, Arduino framework on ESP32/ESP32-S3.
 Knowledge of containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) for AWS backend
integration.
 Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for embedded systems.
 Understanding of industrial IoT (IIoT) standards.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Embedded
Systems, or related field.
